内部收益保证下养老基金的最优资产配置

研究内部收益保证下DC型养老基金的最优资产配置问题。利用鞅方法，在HJM利率期限结构下求得了最优资产配置的显性解。结论表明最优投资策略分为四部分：投机策略、利率套期保值策略、基准组合的复制策略及一揽予债券卖空策略。最后对最优策略的动态行为进行了数值分析。     

Becoming a historical thinker might be the first step for developing a consciousness of reasoned conciliation

The goal of this presentation is to examine the hypothesis that the ethno-political conflict in Israel can be utilized in history education to foster learning of historical thinking and to construct a tolerant space within the education system that will enable the structuring of in-principle criteria for coexistence prior to the ending of the conflict. I assumed that inculcation of historical knowledge in the education system in Israel by means of an attentive and reflexive cultural dialogue, which sensitively and skillfully confronts contradictory historical narratives as an everyday learning reality in class, will help structure a conciliatory consciousness of the kind we seek.     

Psychological factors affecting memorable tourism experiences

This study tries to explore psychological components of memorable tourist experience (MTE) that are most likely to recall tourists’ memories. Urban residents from three representative cities in China were selected as research samples, and totally 301 usable questionnaires were used for data analysis. The results showed that the recollection of MTE was positively affected by novelty, involvement and social interaction. It was also suggested that hedonism and novelty had positive effects on the vividness of MTEs significantly. Additionally, in the context of Chinese culture, two new psychological factors, social interaction and perceived serendipity, resulted in different effects on the MTE.     

Term structure modelling of defaultable bonds

In this paper we present a model of the development of the term structure of defaultable interest rates that is based on a multiple-defaults model. Instead of modelling a cash payoff in default we assume that defaulted debt is restructured and continues to be traded.The term structure of defaultable bond prices is represented in terms of defaultable forward rates similar to the Heath-Jarrow-Morton (HJM) (Heath et al., 1992) approach, and conditions are given under which the dynamics of these rates are arbitrage-free. These conditions are a drift restriction that is closely related to the HJM drift restriction for risk-free bonds, and the restriction that the defaultable short rate must always be not below the risk-free short rate. 美国NAIC关于长期责任准备金的提取方法及其借鉴

2004年12月,中国保监会发布了《保险公司非寿险业务准备金管理办法(试行)》,规定了各种责任准备金的提取方法。该试行办法中,有关对长期责任准备金的提取方法的规定侧重于原则性,缺乏可操作性,有待进一步完善。美国保险官协会(NAIC)于1997年修订、并于1998年开始实施的关于长期责任准备金的提取方法,对我国非寿险公司以及保险监管部门有借鉴意义。特别是按照美国保险官协会(NAIC)的新规定,长期责任准备金的提取涉及到精算人员的经验与判断,故对精算人员提出了更高的要求。     

条形码在考务管理信息系统中的应用

结合考务管理工作,介绍了条形码技术的几个关键技术,并将其应用于考务管理信息系统,经过实践证明取得预期效果.     

基于结构突变理论的我国货币法流通速度的长期趋势

本文利用结构突变理论，对我国狭义、广义货币流通速度的数据生成过程进行了实证研究，结果表明：改革开放以来，我国狭义、广义货币流通速度服从于单位根过程，数据生成过程并未发生结构突变，因而基本保持了持续下降的“稳定态势”。     

面向新闻领域的中文实体关系抽取

随着互联网技术的快速发展,人们能够及时地获取大量的新闻文本信息,如何从新闻中自动获取关键信息,把新闻中具有价值的信息转化为结构化数据,从而快速有效地获取有用的知识已是迫切需求。实体关系抽取是获取关键信息的方法之一,但目前关于中文的实体关系抽取工作较少。针对基于长短时记忆网络的中文实体识别模型难于提取长距离的依存关系特征和句法特征问题,提出利用双向树形长短时记忆神经网络提取依存句法树的结构特征。在提取的特征的基础上,使用条件随机场判断实体的类别和边界,并在实体识别模型中加入注意力机制提高模型的性能。在《人民日报》数据集和ACE 2005语料库上训练模型,验证了模型的有效性。     

人民币汇率收益率及收益波动率长记忆性特征研究

论文利用经典R/S分析法和ARFIMA模型对人民币汇率收益率序列及收益波动率序列的长记忆性进行了研究。结果表明人民币汇率收益率及收益波动率均存在长记忆性,且波动率序列的长记忆性特征明显强于收益率序列。     

虚拟团队交互记忆系统对团队绩效的影响!——任务复杂性的调节作用

利用对45个虚拟团队的调研数据,通过相关分析和回归分析,探讨了虚拟团队的虚拟性对交互记忆系统的影响、交互记忆系统的各维度对团队绩效的影响及任务复杂性对两者间关系的调节作用。研究结果显示:虚拟团队的虚拟性和交互记忆系统之间存在相关关系;虚拟团队交互记忆系统的3个维度(专长度、可信度和协调度)对团队绩效具有较强的预测作用;任务复杂性对交互记忆系统与团队绩效的关系产生负向调节作用。
